On-line ordering using major credit card (USA)

We accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover on domestic orders only. On-line payment can be made through our shopping cart using all these major credit cards. Just click the "To Order" link and select the desired item(s) to be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to pay, enter your name, address and credit card information and then submit your order. All personal data is transmitted securely using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and will be secured on a certified server providing exceptional protection of your personal data. You will be sent an order confirmation shortly after transaction approval. We can only shipped order to a confirmed address of the credit card used. Shipping address that does not fully match the confirmed credit card address will not be process. If you desire your order to be ship elsewhere, you would need to contact your credit card issuer and have them add it to your credit card account as a secondary address. CVV2(Visa), CVC2(Mastercard), CID (American Express) match is also required for order to be process. Please note that we require a valid and accessible email address/phone number on all online orders (will only be use as it relates to your online order - we will never knowingly sell or disclose any privy information, unless required by law).

Other form of payment

We do not accept personal checks. Please send a money order (domestic) or international money order in usd (Canada) if sending order payment by mail.

Shipping

Your online herbal order will be shipped by U.S. mail (majority of orders) or by UPS (if over a certain weight class) after submission of your order and payment (if by money order). Domestic orders - please allow 7 to 10 business days for receipt of your order. International orders (Canada) - please allow 2 to 3 weeks for receipt of your order. Please be sure to provide us with your correct shipping address. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery of your package if you provided us with an incorrect/incomplete shipping address. We do not offer expedited delivery service at this time. On some orders, a signature may be required at time of delivery for you to receive the package. The shipping and handling cost for orders to the USA starts at $5.99 and vary according to the shipping weight of the order. All Canadian orders will be ship by Priority Mail International (w/insurance coverage) starting at $16.00 usd and up.

Healthcare Herb Shop is not responsible for orders after it leave the United States. We are not responsible for any duties and/or customs imposed by your government. Please check with your Government Authorities and make sure that the product(s) that you are ordering is Legal in your country. We are not responsible for any confiscations done by your Government for any reason whatsoever. Please make sure that you understand our policies before ordering and email us if you have any questions. Also please be sure to provide us with your correct shipping address. International Orders Payment

We currently accept only international money order (usd) as form of payment on orders to other countries (beside Canada). We do not accept credit card orders to other countries except for Canada. If you are interested in ordering, please email us the items and quantities of each and we will calculate the shipping cost and order total for your consideration. This does not, in anyway, obligate you to make the purchase unless you want to. We ship international orders by U.S. parcel post with appropriate insurance coverage against loss or damage. We do not ship to countries where postage insurance is not offered or available. We do not charge anything extra to mail your order - just what the U.S. postal authority charge us to mail your parcel. Please see information on order import restriction to international countries.

Return and Refund Policy
(shipping and handling fees are not refundable)

We offer a 30 day return policy on any unopened and unused herbal supplements with the safety seal fully intact. A 25% restocking/reprocessing fee will apply for any return supplements. Opened supplements and any raw or bulk herbal products (eg raw cleansing formulas and tea products) CANNOT be return. We require a return authorization number (RAN) for all returns. Request for return and RAN must be within 30 day of order receipt. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. We do not accept any return without a RAN. Any return without a valid RAN will be refused and return to sender at sender's expense. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost. The number of return/exchange is limited to one per customer, household or address. We reserve the right to decline any order because of previous returns, adjustments, cancellations and disputes. We have the right to reclaim any bank fees imposed due to customer's negligence. Placement of an order will constitute acceptance of all stated terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to limit quantities. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of orders for any reason. We reserve the right to limit the amount of purchase for new customers. All prices and items subject to change without prior notice. We cannot be held responsible for any typographical errors.

All email addresses and other personally identifying data about you that is voluntarily submitted or posted to us is kept confidential. It is used by us for internal review and statistic purposes. We shall not in any way share or sell this information to any other third party. However, we sometimes use email addresses and other personally identifying information to contact visitors who communicate with healthcareherb.com.
